- Marksmanship vs Practicality: For new shooters and gun owners, the focus is on developing overall command of your firearm skills and safety. The fundamentals you develop in this stage will be with you in all training in the future. Once you can demonstrate that you are ready, the focus will start shifting on actual “fighting” skills with your firearm. We focus on aspects such as movement, threat/cover principles, barricades, doorways, and other dynamic skills that every single firearms based encounter will have.
